What's the difference between bankers and Labour's NEC?

Listening to the Prime Minister Gordon Brown being interviewed on the BBC 1 TV's Andrew Marr Show, I now know.

The PM acknowledges that bank boards were kept in the dark about the risks to their businesses. I have yet to to be convinced that the Labour Party's National Executive Committee Terms of Reference are fit for purpose in that regard.
