GB fails to use Webcast to address 10p tax concerns

Gb_for_britain Gordon Brown failed to use his first live webcast to address concerns about the 5.3 million hard working people who will pay more income tax this year due to the abolition of the 10p income tax band.

(Also ghastly problems with mics.)

Update : 1922 I missed this report on the Daily Mail site claiming that Gordon Brown hinted earlier that he will seek to address the unfairness. If so, it's a strange order of political priorities that offers hints to the Daily Mail, but fails to offer any solace on a Labour Party webcast.

Update : 1931 Interviewer goes back to 10p issue - Gordon trots out tax credit justification. But still fails to address the issue of losers - pity she didn't use the 5.3 million figure I sent by text just before the webcast started - following the style of the party political broadcast citing lots of statistics.
