Will authoritarianism win Labour a 4th term?

All the pre-Queen's speech spinning smacks of authoritarianism as signalled here. ID cards, raising the school leaving age, nuclear power, fast-track planning, 90-day detention...let me know if I have missed anything out. Or is it just wishful thinking from the Daily Mail?
